This is a major benefit versus purchasing pre-built or pre-fabricated sheds, which may require removing fences and objects. Installing a shed on-site also prevents damage to your landscape. Do I need to prep my build site before installation?
Yes. You are responsible for ensuring your build site is level and accessible prior to installation. This could be a concrete pad, wood base, or leveled ground, depending on your local requirements and preferences. What kind of foundation do I need for my shed?

How long does it typically take to install a shed?

Who installs the shed?

Are permits required to build sheds?

Can you help me if my build site is not level?
Yes. We can level your build site up to 6". A leveling package can be purchased as an optional upgrade to level your site up to 12". We cannot build a shed that is beyond 12" of level.
Is installation included in the price of the shed?
Yes, professional installation is included in the price. The shed will be assembled on-site by our certified installers at no additional labor cost.
Can I choose where my shed goes in my yard?
Yes. You can determine the location, but we require the build to be relatively level, accessible, and meet local building codes. Be sure to check for underground utilities before selecting the spot.
What shed sizes can be built on site?
All of our sheds can be built on site, no matter how large or small.
Will the installers remove trees or my existing shed?
No. The homeowner is responsible to remove any trees and/or obstacles in the way. Customers also are responsible to remove any pre-existing sheds.
What foundation do you reccommend for sheds?
A concrete pad is best, but we also install on gravel pads. The foundation needs to be able to hold support the size and weight of the shed and comply with local codes.
Is there a warranty that covers the installers quality of work?

What happens if the weather is bad on my installation day?
We know Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate. If rain or severe weather makes it unsafe or impossible to install the shed on your scheduled day, we will contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available date.
